01 / Our community

More than teammates.

Who we are.

Seattle Warriors Hockey is a Disabled Veteran hockey program dedicated to building community, fostering connection, and supporting the physical and mental well-being of Disabled Veterans who have served our country.

As the flagship program of the PNW Veterans Hockey Foundation, we believe hockey is more than a game. It’s an opportunity to rediscover camaraderie, rebuild a sense of belonging, and find purpose through shared experiences both on and off the ice.

Why it matters.

For many Disabled Veterans, transitioning from military service means leaving behind the teamwork, brotherhood, sisterhood, and sense of mission that defined their lives. Seattle Warriors Hockey helps bridge that gap by creating a welcoming and supportive environment where Disabled Veterans can connect with others who understand their experiences, regardless of hockey experience or skill level.

Through recreational hockey, competitive tournaments, community events, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships throughout the Pacific Northwest, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Disabled Veterans and their families.

02 / Our mission

Beyond
the rink.

Our mission extends far beyond the rink. We believe that healing happens through connection, that service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off, and that every Disabled Veteran deserves a community where they feel valued, supported, and needed.

We’re more than teammates. We’re a community built on service, resilience, friendship, and a shared commitment to lifting one another up.

Because no Disabled Veteran should have to navigate life alone.

A Northwest crest, two stars, and the city across our chest. The approved uniform concept carries our home into every rink.
